Beta Chi Chapter at University of North Carolina

Kappa Delta

Chapter Housing

Shared living accommodations and group living are among the cornerstones of the collegiate experience. Where else can you enjoy the comforts of home, your friends close by, safety in numbers and a smart budget solution for living on or close to campus? Whether it be dedicated residence halls or a traditional sorority house, Kappa Delta provides you with new opportunities to learn, grow and most of all… have fun!

The Beta Chi house is located at 219 E Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. The house is just across the street from Carolina's Upper Quad and only a few steps away from the wonderful nightlife and restaurants of Franklin St. The Carolina Blue house holds 41 girls with 6 triple rooms, 11 double rooms, 1 presidential suite and 1 guest room. The rooms, both bedrooms and living areas, are constantly update to accommodate the girls.

Chef Kristin McCarthy prepares lunch Monday through Friday and dinner Monday through Thursday.  There is also a breakfast bar where members can stop in to grab a bagel, cereal and coffee.  Shannon Adams is our wonderful house mother and guardian angel! With a central location to campus, a gorgeous interior and an abundance of food, members never want to leave the house!
