Emma Peveto

President

Hi! My name is Emma Peveto and I am a junior from Fort Worth, Texas. I am majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Spanish and Entrepreneurship. After graduation, I plan to pursue a career in Finance. Prior to being President, I served Beta Chi chapter as an Academic Excellence chair and then the Vice President - Finance. Outside of KD, I am involved in Carolina Women in Business, UNC Finance Society, and a volunteer with TABLE. I am so excited for the upcoming year and can’t wait to see what is in store for Beta Chi!

Mary Keever Snipes

Hi! My name is Mary Keever Snipes and I am a junior from High Point, NC. I am majoring in Exercise and Sport Science and minoring in Neuroscience. I have plans to go to Occupational Therapy school and pursue a career in pediatric therapy. Last year I served as the Parents’ Weekend Chairman, and I am excited to continue my involvement with the chapter and be able to give back to the community that has given so much to me!

Shelby Stansbury

VP-Member Education

Hi!! My name is Shelby and I’m a sophomore from Dallas, TX. I am majoring in psychology and economics. I hope to pursue a career in therapy or sports psychology. Last year I served as Assistant New Member Education, and am thrilled to serve KD as a member of council this year! I’m so excited to continue working with new members and to see what this year brings!!

Parker McLaughlin

Hey! I’m Parker and am a sophomore from Morehead City, NC. I am majoring in Economics with a minor in entrepreneurship and statistics with hopes of working in commercial real estate after graduation! Last year I served as social chair for KD and am excited to take on a larger role through KD as VP-Operations. I cannot wait for a great year on council!

Hannah Noll

VP-Community Service

Hi! My name is Hannah and I am a sophomore from Charlottesville, Virginia. I am a Global Studies major concentrating in International Trade and Economic Development. After Carolina, I plan to work in the private sector of the international economic development field. This past year in KD, I served as Assistant Philanthropy Officer and a SET leader. I am so excited to further give back to KD and further expand our chapter’s positive impact on our community this year!

Jaya Mishra

Hi!! My name is Jaya Mishra and I am a sophomore from Winston Salem, North Carolina. I’m majoring in Global Health & Environment with a minor in Neuroscience and Chemistry, and am planning on pursuing a career in medicine! I cannot wait to serve on KD council this year as secretary and work with such an amazing group of girls. I am so thankful to have found such a supportive group of women who are always working to make Beta Chi chapter the best it can be. Looking forward to another great year!

Hi! My name is AK Aluise and I’m a sophomore from New Orleans, Louisiana. I’m majoring in Economics and Political Science with a minor in Business Administration. After graduation, I’m hoping to pursue a career in consulting and ultimately work at the intersection of business and social impact. I’m so excited to adopt a more involved role in KD and learn more about managing our finances effectively. This chapter has come to mean so much to me, so I can’t wait to see what we accomplish as a group this year!

Beth Wright

Panhellenic Delegate

Hi! My name’s Beth Wright and I’m a sophomore from Potomac, Maryland. I am majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Entrepreneurship. After I graduate I am hoping to either work for a consulting or private equity firm. I am also a member of Delta Sigma Pi, a professional fraternity at UNC. Last year I worked as a Campus Outreach assistant, and am looking forward to continue working with the broader Panhellenic community as Panhellenic Delegate for KD.

Kaki McNeel

VP-Public Relations

Hello! I’m Kaki McNeel, a sophomore from Tampa, Florida. I am majoring in Public Health with a concentration in Nutrition. Outside of KD, I am Public Relations Chair of TEDxUNC, a research assistant in a neuroimaging nutrution lab, and graphic designer for a lifestyle magazine on campus. I am excited to plan events for alumni and International Women’s Friendship Month, and can’t wait to publicize all of the incredible things our chapter and its members accomplish!

Olivia Comer

VP-Risk Management

My name is Olivia Comer, and I am a sophomore at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am from Charlotte, North Carolina. I am currently majoring in Sociology and minoring in Chemistry and Medical Anthropology, and I hope to one day go to medical school! I am particularly interested in women’s health. In addition to my interest in health and medicine, I am passionate about travel and Spanish language and culture. I hope to study in Spain my spring semester of my junior year. Apart from serving on Kappa Delta’s council, I am involved in a research lab at the medical school at UNC, I am VP of Public Relations for Timmy Global Health, and I am a Biology Department Ambassador. In my free time, I love to read, go to the movies, and spend time with friends. I am so excited for this year on council. I cannot wait to grow as a leader and help our chapter be the best it can be!
