Kappa Delta

Our Officers

Jaya Mishra

President

Hi!! My name is Jaya Mishra and I am a junior from Winston Salem, North Carolina. I’m majoring in Global Health with a minor in Neuroscience and Hindi, and am planning to pursue a career in medicine! I enjoyed serving as secretary last term, and am really excited to get to lead such an amazing group of people this year. A lot of my time last year was spent creating our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee, so I hope to continue moving Beta Chi in a forward direction. In addition to KD, I am involved with women’s health 3D-technology research, am active in our main South-Asian organization on campus, and love working with young girls interested in STEM. We have an awesome council and I am looking forward to another great year!
